Everyone is building "AI agents" — but most are isolated chatbots with no coordination, no memory across sessions, and no accountability for outcomes. Running six AI personas that actually collaborate requires more than prompt engineering. The Entourage is a multi-agent framework where each Associate owns a domain: Aston (planning), Bob (building), Mira (runtime), Rex (revenue), Leah (growth), Metrick (metrics). Each has a CLAUDE.md constitution, MCP tool integrations, sub-agents, and session logging. They coordinate through structured handoffs — not free-form chat. The framework runs on Claude Code locally with n8n workflows for automation, Supabase for shared state, and a dedicated management dashboard at entourage.rightaim.ai.

The Entourage Platform runs daily. Six Associate profiles with defined roles, real session logs, and cost tracking — all in one dashboard. The backend at entourage.rightaim.ai is the operational center for every AI agent in the portfolio.
