How can I help?

Work with me

I've spent 20+ years building software — enterprise SaaS at scale, B2C products from scratch, corporate environments and startups. From Microsoft MVP to consultancy leadership to angel investing. Strategic and hands-on — I architect systems and I ship code. Today I operate a team of six AI associates in daily production, building and publishing everything in public.

constructionYour AI initiative is stuck

Project or product intervention — fresh eyes, hands-on team.

Your initiative has stalled — bottlenecks, drift, or organizational friction keeping it from production. I bring my associate team, diagnose the block, and help ship it.

Fractional or interim — strategy through deployment.

You know AI matters but don’t know where to start. Consultancies left you with slides. Senior talent is impossible to find. I step in as fractional AI leadership — assess, prioritize, pilot, ship.

Personal coaching — hands-on, not slides.

You approve AI projects but don’t use the tools yourself. You can’t tell signal from noise when your team pitches you. We build your hands-on AI workflow together — real tools, real workflow.

Engagement model

AI Initiative Unblock

Focus: A project or product that needs a fresh perspective — technical, organizational, or both.

A diagnostic phase to understand what's actually blocking, followed by an execution sprint with my associate team working alongside yours. The goal: one named deployment in production, processing real volume, with a measurable result the sponsor can show the board.

Why me

20+ years shipping enterprise software means I've seen every version of “almost ready.” I know when it's a tech problem, when it's a people problem, and when it's both. My associate team can move from diagnosis to deployed code without a procurement cycle in between.

Shape

Time-boxed engagement. Scope and pricing defined after diagnostic. Success-aligned fee structure available.

Engagement model

Applied AI Leadership

Focus: Company-wide AI direction — strategy and implementation across the organization.

A 3-month engagement at 30% or 50% commitment. I assess your current state, review your org's AI readiness, identify the highest-value initiatives, and ship 1–2 production deployments with my associate team.

Five dimensions covered: Sales & GTM, Team & Productivity, Ops & Cost, Strategy, and Product.

Why me

Most fractional AI hires bring strategy or execution — rarely both. I bring a working associate team that turns direction into deployed systems. The alternative is a full-time CAIO hire at 2–2.5M NOK/year — without a team included. I come with mine.

Shape

3-month minimum. Commitment level and pricing based on scope. Designed to answer the question: “What should we actually do with AI, and who should we hire next?”

Engagement model

Executive AI Coaching

Focus: Your personal capability as a leader.

A 1:1 working engagement over 10–12 weeks. We don't do slides — we build your actual workflow together. The tools, the agents, the daily habits that make you a credible AI leader who can evaluate what your team brings you.

Why me

My own workflow is the demo. Every tool and pattern I teach is one I actively use and publish about. This isn't a course — it's a working engagement with someone who operates AI daily.

Shape

Engagement format and pricing tailored to individual or small group. Can also be embedded as a component of a broader Applied AI Leadership engagement.

Full-time engagements

For the right company and challenge, I'm open to joining as Head of AI, VP Engineering, Chief AI Officer, or similar senior AI leadership roles.

25 years of enterprise software. The last year spent building and operating a team of six AI associates in daily production. Not a slide deck about AI — a working practice.

Building something similar?

I publish everything — the builds, the architecture, the decisions, the failures. If you're working on something in the same space, I'm happy to share notes. Let's jump on a call.
